How does Radiant Energy affect my home?

Radiant energy travels from the Sun in the form of infrared heat raising the temperature of every object in its path. Radiance® Radiant Barrier spray blocks radiant heat transfer between a heat-radiating surface(Sun) and a heat absorbing surface(Roof).


Where is Radiance® applied?

Radiance® is designed to be applied directly to the underside of the roof decking in your attic. Once installed, it will reflect 75% of the radiant heat and keep your home cooler and much more comfortable. Let's compare this to an aluminum vehicle sunshade. Do you find that you can cool your vehicle sooner without burning your hands on the steering wheel when a sunshade was used? This is the same concept only on a much larger scale.
